All prices are quoted in US dollar including standard shipment which takes normally 2-3 weeks to most countries. Faster shipment is available.
We accept payment by major credit cards, bank accounts, checks and PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account but all payments are processed by PayPal. Paypal does not require registration nor an user account. PayPal provides a customer support in your language and is a secure way to pay order over the internet. No credit card or bank account information is stored on our servers.
We also offer Western Union individual payment if you cannot use PayPal. Plesse contact us for more information.
We are shipping the ordered items within 1 working day except public holidays once the payment is confirmed by PayPal and only to your PayPal shipping address. Please make sure that your address is up to date. We are not shipping to P.O box, but if you insisit, we will not be responsible for the package loss. Packages are shipped directly from China. Shipment will be done by ThePhotoGadget, China.
The tracking number will be uploaded after shipment.

Buyers from most countries will be able to track their package/s using the tracking number we provided at their national post website after package arrives their custom, here below are some examples, please note that not all national post websites are supported:
China Post Service
Our standard shipping service takes normally 2 to 3 weeks by China Post Service to most countries and regions, 4 to 6 weeks to Italy, Brazil, remote areas and small countries with a tracking number. For English please click the link at the upper left corner of the browser window and then chose"item tracking", enter both your tracking nubmer and verification code. It normally takes 1, sometimes 2 business days for China Post to upload shipping progress on their website after shipment. US buyer can track at www.usps.com. Depending your local post service, the package might be delivered to your door or you might need to pick it up on person.
EMS and DHL
We also provide EMS or DHL expedited shipping service with extra cost. EMS or DHL expedited shipping takes normally 3-7 working days (Monday to Friday). You will also get a instant tracking number. No deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. We currently do not activate this shipping option, please contact us by our live support or email for the cost of expedited shipping freight for your order.
Please understand that international shipment is more complex and mostly out of our control, traffic congestion, adverse weather or additional time through strict customs inspection could always happen. We have no influence on this. Legal regulations vary from country to country. Please ask your local authorities about current regulations. ThePhotoGadget is not responsible if you have special regulations in your country.
Shipment to remote areas like islands could cause extra costs. We will inform you about this and if you don't agree you are free to cancel the transaction without cost.
Customs duty and Taxes
We are shipping international tax free from China and no local taxes nor customs duty are included. You can inform us how to declare the package to fit your needs and local regulations. But taxes or customs duty can apply concerning your local law, the buyer is responsible for this if it occurs. Please ask your local authorities about current regulations. ThePhotoGadget is not responsible if you have special regulations in your country.
We offer 1 year restricted warranty. The buyer has to send in the item proper packed with original accessories, manual etc and pay for the shipping fee. Please inform us by e-mail and ThePhotoGadget has to agree before sending in. The item will be tested and in case of granted warranty it will be repaired or exchanged with a new one and send to the buyer by ThePhotoGadget free of charge.
In case of not granted warranty, we have to charge you the shipping cost and repair fees. Warranty will be not granted in the following cases:
- The item was sold more than 1 year ago
- The item is damaged through improper use
- Incompatibility with certain kinds of batteries, accus or other equipment is no case of warrenty
You can ask ThePhotoGadget to test the item before sending out. Please add that as a note in the order form. Mention that only basic functionality can be tested. Normally ThePhotoGadget does not open any package and sends only manufacturers' original packages.
If you wish to cancel the order you have to do it as soon as possible. It will be free if the cancellation is made before shipment. Cancellation is always free before we confirmed an order. After shipment no cancellation is possible. In this case please refer to "Send back".
The buyer can send back the ordered items within 1 week after receiving. The buyer has to inform us by e-mail and ThePhotoGadget has to agree before sending in and has to pay the shipping cost. The returned item will be tested by ThePhotoGadget, for a total refund the item must be in new and complete conditions including original packaging and accessories. In case of damaged products caused by improper use or missing accessories, only partial payment can be refunded or nothing will be refunded.
